About this role
DigiCert is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Support Engineer to ensure the quality of internal and customer-facing security products and to deliver a world-class support experience for DigiCert One. The role focuses on supporting US customers during the US time shift and collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve product issues. This position contributes to knowledge base content and works closely with validation teams for requests such as Lawyer Card processing.
