New Relic is seeking a Vice President of Customer Advocacy to serve as the technical country lead in Japan, owning the technical strategy and overall technical performance for the region. The role leads multiple customer-facing technical organizations across Japan and partners with the Japan Country Manager and global leadership to scale growth and long-term customer success. This position focuses on adapting New Relic’s global approach to Japan’s market, culture, and regulatory environment while building strong executive-level customer relationships.
