The BPO Specialist on ezCater’s Outsource Operations team supports day-to-day operations for BPO programs, owning roster accuracy and acting as the primary operational bridge between ezCater and BPO partners. The role coordinates closely with Workforce Management and IT for access, provisioning, incident escalation, and intraday staffing adjustments to meet forecasts and service goals. It also maintains operational documentation, produces recurring reports, tracks issues to resolution, and helps drive change management and automation efforts.
