The Client Advisor at Elite plays a significant role in supporting client relationships and ensuring clients achieve the full value of Elite’s Legal Tech SaaS solutions. This position works closely with Global Client Directors and Account Managers to enhance client engagement, retention, and adoption across assigned accounts, while also owning the renewal lifecycle and facilitating cloud transition strategies.
