About this role

The Customer Success Manager at FastSpring is the client relationship owner for strategic accounts, focused on ensuring product adoption, client satisfaction, and retention. The role partners with internal teams and executives to align FastSpring’s offerings with clients’ business objectives and to deliver strategic account insights and reporting. The CSM also serves as the primary client liaison and advocates the customer’s needs within the company.
