About this role

The Onboarding Success Manager at Tarro is responsible for leading the onboarding process of new and reactivated restaurant clients onto the Tarro platform by translating their operational needs into system configurations. This role involves project management, conducting client interviews, performing quality assurance checks, and ensuring smooth transitions to live operations, while maintaining close communication with clients for feedback and support during the critical initial phase post-launch. Additionally, the Onboarding Success Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine implementation quality and is expected to have deep product knowledge to drive client success and identify upsell opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering or any similar degreeMaster’s degree (a plus)3+ years experience in a fast-paced, high-performance startup2+ Extensive experience in project management or any client-facing/client success rolesTraining and certification for both Menu and Voice Ops
