The Sales Director will lead and scale Halter’s U.S. commercial sales organization through a period of rapid growth, reporting directly to the President and owning national revenue performance. The role is deeply hands-on and field-based, requiring frequent time with ranchers and customers to ground strategy in on-the-ground insights. This position also serves as the primary voice of the U.S. market within a global organization, informing product roadmap, forecasting, and broader go-to-market priorities. The director will be responsible for building a strong sales culture, implementing a disciplined commercial operating system, and representing U.S. needs to New Zealand-based teams.
