About this role
This role is responsible for designing and executing customer lifecycle and enablement programs that span onboarding, adoption, value realization, and renewal for UpGuard’s B2B SaaS customers. It focuses on building scalable frameworks, playbooks, and training to uplift Customer Success and Account Management teams. The position partners closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Education to ensure smooth handoffs, data-driven risk management, and clear articulation of value to customers. The ultimate goal is to improve retention and drive greater product adoption across the customer base.
