This role is the first dedicated Customer Success hire at Push Security, responsible for establishing and leading the CS function in a high-growth, security-focused startup. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of customer accounts and outcomes. The hire will define the long-term vision for Customer Success, shape processes and tooling, and closely influence the product direction through customer insights. They will operate as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and a key partner to internal teams to support the company’s growth.
